Lesson 3 of 14 · Part 7 of 7
Five questions on the first meeting. Pick an answer to see why it is right or wrong.
Right. Say who you are and how you are paid before any advice. Then their goal comes first, and you repeat it in their own words.
Not quite. Numbers come after you know what the client wants. Without their goal, the numbers have nothing to answer.
Not quite. Describe only what the contract says. Never make a personal promise about results.
Read again: Their agenda first, in their words
Not quite. Income shows what comes in, not what the household needs. Two people with the same income can spend very differently.
Right. Spending sets the need. The gap is essential spending minus steady income such as Social Security and pensions.
Not quite. That rate helps when you compare options later. It does not tell you what the household needs each month.

Right. The door narrows 1401 annuities to 207. You choose the job, and Navigator narrows the list.
Not quite. The door is the first step. Without a job, the list is too long to compare, and the client has chosen nothing.
Not quite. Navigator only narrows the list. You choose the product with the client.
Read again: Name the job, then narrow to three
Not quite. Show the proposal only when the facts are complete and on record. A proposal keeps the numbers it was made with, so a guess stays in it.
Right. Missing facts are where the wrong product comes from. Confirm the date by email the same day.
Not quite. A quote built on gaps can point to the wrong product. Send your booking link before you hang up instead.

Not quite. Premium Amount is the money you plan to put into the annuity. A debt there would give the calculators a wrong amount.
Not quite. GrantAI reads the case and its notes, but it cannot see facts you never entered. Write them down.
Right. Notes hold what the form has no field for. The questionnaire also asks about debts. GrantAI reads the notes when it works on the case.
